Enrollment Requirements:
Applicants must have successfully completed the grade preceding the grade to which the student seeks admission. The age cap for high school students is 22 years of age.
Students must be residents of Massachusetts at the time of application, and must maintain Massachusetts residency to attend public school in the state.
Preference for admission is given to siblings of students currently attending the school
Preference for admission is given to students who are residents of Holyoke, Chicopee, Springfield, West Springfield, Westfield, South Hadley.
Registration Process:
To register your child in PFSJ, you will need the documentation listed below. Once you have the required documentation, a member from the admissions team will reach out to the student's current school for their records.
Birth Certificate (the long-form that lists parent names)
Parent ID
Updated Immunization & Physical Records
Court / Legal Guardianship / Custody Documents (If Applicable)
Previous School Records, with the following:
- Attendance Records
- Academic Transcript / Most Recent Report Card
- SPED Records & Copy of Individual Education Plan (If Applicable)
- Disciplinary Records / Reports
